Enjoy your break away from home and all the responsibilities that come with it by trusting us to make sure your pets are getting the love and attention they deserve while you're away. We can take them for walks, play with them and provide lots of cuddles.
How does it work?
Once we’ve received your pet-sitting request, we'll check our availability and address any questions you (or we) might have. We could potentially arrange a meet up if either party would feel more comfortable building a relationship prior to confirming the booking. If everyone agrees to the services offered and the price suggested, then we arrange a date for the handover of keys and routines at your home. We will also share our caretaking questions to discuss in-person at the handover for safety reasons.

Where do we operate?
We stay and operate in and around the Randburg, Johannesburg area.
If you need long-term overnight services, we're willing to travel for an additional fee outside the Johannesburg area.

Will you bring your own (human) food along on the Diamond Package?
Yes, we work out our menu depending on the days required or other requests like not being able
to leave baby animals alone while out.
Do you work from home or are the animals by themselves all day?
We have office days, but most of the time we work from home so you can have the peace of mind
that they'll have someone around.
If we are unsure of your business, can we arrange to meet before we confirm?
Most definitely. We need you to feel comfortable with us and who we are since you're intrusting
us with your furry children and home.
If we are flying out really early, can you stay over the evening before?
Yes, no problem. Let us know how late will be most comfortable for you to have us over and we
will work around your schedules.
When do we arrange for the keys and handover of responsibilities?
This is dependent on both our schedules. Normally we arrange a day or two prior to your travels
to meet up and go through the responsibilities.
Are you flexible on the packages and what's included in your prices?
Yes. If you want to change or add additional arrangements you are more than welcome to.
Please note this might lead to additional costs depending on the request.
We only have one set of keys... How do we get them to you before we leave?
In this case we usually try meet you about 30-60 minutes before you head out and we will then
also stay until your return to ensure you get access back to your home.
Are you willing to fly up or travel if we'd like you to housesit outside of your current area?
Yes, but this comes with additional costs as we would need to cover the expenses to get there.
This is also only available with a lengthy Diamond Package stay.
Will you be able to let in domestics and gardeners while we're away?
Yes. Although we're quite self-sufficient. We strongly suggest giving them a task list while
you're away or limiting services to once a week.
We are coming back really late, but don't want you to leave before we come back...
We can stay up to 10pm (22:00 SAT) to make sure the pets are settled, happy and fed until you're home. We do however
charge an additional day fee of R200 for any returns after 12 noon since that prevents us from taking another housesitting opportunity.
We are coming back really late, but you don't have to stay... How do we get the keys back?
In this instance we would wait until we've given the final feeding round and you're about an hour to two out to give you peace of mind
with the furry children. We can arrange to drop the key in a mailbox, with a neighbour or get them back to you in the following days.
